it's truly unbelievable that i had to spend two nights in a room that was just way too small, with old towels and broken kettle cover. i had expected to be treated like a VIP, yet here i was, receiving no complimentary gestures for suffering through the noise and shabby decor. i almost thought i could give a good review, but i just couldn't.
